SCD CROWD Return Policy

Thank you for choosing SCD CROWD. We aim to ensure a straightforward and satisfying return experience.

Return Window:

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition, unused, with all original tags, labels, packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and any other included items intact.

For footwear, ensure the shoebox is packed with an outer layer, as we cannot accept returns with a damaged shoebox.

Coverage of Fees:

Wrong size sent
Damaged product
Shipped to the wrong address

In cases of the above reasons, SCD CROWD will cover all associated fees, including return labels and shipping, regardless of the customer's location, whether in Europe or the United States.

For unreasoned returns (e.g., if the customer doesn't like the item) outside the United States, all associated costs, including return and exchange fees, will be the customer's responsibility. 

In Europe, SCD CROWD will only cover fees for returns due to our errors. All other returns and exchanges will require the customer to cover the associated costs.

Return Outcomes:

  • Store Credit: We offer a bonus incentive for choosing store credit, which can be used immediately for any future purchases.
  • Cash Returns: We offer direct cash returns ONLY when customers return products to our Hong Kong warehouse.
  • Exchanges: We accommodate size exchanges or exchanges for a different item of the same value or higher/lower with additional payment or credit.

Automated Returns Process:


Special Conditions:

Non-returnable items include masks, socks, swimwear, and underwear with opened packaging, as well as sale items and gift cards. International returns from the UK should be marked as "Returned goods - no commercial value" to minimize customs charges.

Shipping and Liability:

• Responsibility for Returns: Until the return package is safely received at our facility, it remains under the customer’s responsibility. To ensure security and traceability, we highly recommend using registered and traceable shipping services.

• Liability for Transit: Please note that SCD CROWD cannot be held liable for any items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. We encourage careful packaging and the use of reliable shipping methods to prevent such occurrences.
